Managing Director
Antoon Meulendijks has been active within the family business since 1973. After taking over the company from his father, he further expanded and modernized MDH Rondhout - MD Holz into the organization it is today. With decades of experience, extensive industry knowledge and a forward-looking vision, he remains the driving force behind the company.
Christian Barth
Operations Manager MD Holz
Since 2007, Christian has been responsible for the activities of MD Holz. With his many years of experience in forestry and his knowledge of the German market, he oversees projects from planning through to execution. He coordinates daily operations and plays a key role in the success of MD Holz's activities.
Erik Manders
BeNeLux Project Manager
Since 1998, Erik has been a valued member of MDH Rondhout. With his many years of experience in the forestry sector, he manages projects throughout the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. His extensive expertise, practical insight and dedicated approach make him a trusted partner for clients and colleagues alike.
Lotte Meulendijks
Administration & Marketing
Lotte combines administrative responsibilities with marketing and communications. She supports the organization in financial and operational matters while contributing to the continued professionalization of the company's branding and communication.

Mathijs supports the organization in the areas of ICT and digitalization. By managing and optimizing systems and processes, he contributes to an efficient and future-oriented business operation.

BeNeLux Project Manager
Since 2018, Job has been working as a Project Manager within the BeNeLux region. He oversees projects from preparation to completion and serves as an important link between clients, operations and planning. With his dedication, expertise and attention to detail, he contributes daily to the success of our projects.
Sjef Adelaars
Logistics Coordinator
Since 1975, Sjef has played an important role within the organization. As Logistics Coordinator, he ensures that transport operations are planned and executed efficiently. Thanks to his experience and in-depth knowledge of logistics processes, he forms an indispensable link between the forest, transportation and the customer.

Sarah provides administrative support for MD Holz GmbH. With her accurate approach and strong organizational skills, she ensures administrative processes run efficiently and supports the daily operations of our German organization.
